This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of First Information Report in Crime No.27 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021 as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side), appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.11.2025 KSA 2/4
