Complainant PRAYER :- This criminal original petitioner filed under Section 439 (i)(b) Cr.P.C.,to Modify the condition in the order dated 03.06.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.1941 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai in so far as imposing the condition the petitioner to pay the sum of 30,000/- as onerous. ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai vide order dated 03.06.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.1941 of 2021 wherein the learned Judge imposed a condition on the petitioner to pay Rs.30,000/-. According to the petitioner, this condition is onerous.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Therefore, this petition is dismissed by giving liberty to the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD)No.7991 of 2021 approach the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pudukkottai for modification of the condition, if he deems it necessary.
