ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 07.04.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to 1/3

grant pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.04.2025. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
