ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to take appropriate and effective steps to proceed further with the case, to secure the accused and to recover the documents from the accused.

2.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that in order to grab the property which belonged to the Society, the proposed accused created forged documents and when it was questioned, they gave life threat to the petitioner. As no case was registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

3.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed on the ground that the matter pertains to civil nature and that the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner through post. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not yet received the report. 5.In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out further remedy in accordance with law. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
