ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.04.2018 made by the petitioner seeking for Police protection in order to secure the properties belonging to Thiruvaduthurai Aathinam, which is said to be encroached by an anti-social elements.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that in this regard enquiry is pending before the second respondent. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry based on the complaint made by the petitioner on 06.04.2018 and take action in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
