O R D E R

The petitioner, who is said to be the victim, claims that she has deposited amount in Elfin Group of Company. As against the Elfin Group of Company, Economic Offences Wing, Trichy, has already registered 16 cases. The case of the petitioner is that she is the victim in this case and therefore, she has also to be added as witness in this case.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent police submits that the investigation is in preliminary stage and at the time of filing final report, it would be considered and if required, this petitioner would be arrayed as a witness.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent police.

4. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that she is a victim and she is a necessary witness to the prosecution to be initiated as against the accused. The respondent police have not concluded the investigation in this case. At the time of filing of final report, the case of the petitioner shall also be considered and depending upon the necessity, she has to be added as a witness.

5. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
