O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to direct the second respondent to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner's house situate in survey No.14/64 at Madathupatti, Kanniyapatti Village, Alangudi Taluk, Pudukottai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2014. 2.It is seen that the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of his representation dated 18.12.2014 seeking for electricity service connection to his house and not yet disposed of. Hence, the present writ petition.

3.When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and appropriate orders would be passed as per Section 27(4) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code, 2004 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
