PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner by interfering in the civil nature of dispute on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent dated 28.05.2018 for the reason that the allegations alleged in the complaint is in civil nature.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the second respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
