ORDER
The petitioner seeks limited relief of expeditious disposal of the pending appeal on the file of the first respondent.
2. The petitioner has sought for cancellation of patta in Patta No. 797 and 2660 and to consequently restore the patta in Patta No.891 in the name of the petitioner. An appeal has been preferred in this regard before the first respondent on 15.03.2025.
3. In the light of the above, it would suffice to direct the first respondent to dispose of the said appeal dated 15.03.2025, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
