This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.06.2018 and permit him to conduct Kabadi Tournament from 07.07.2018 at night 12.30 p.m., to 08.07.2018 at evening 06.00 p.m., at Puliyankudi Public Play Ground, Puliyankudi, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

dated 21.06.2018 to the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament from 07.07.2018 at night 12.30 p.m., to 08.07.2018 at evening 06.00 p.m., at Puliyankudi Public Play Ground, Puliyankudi, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tirunelveli District. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.06.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 06.07.2018. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
