Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate steps against the third respondent for illegal cutting of trees from the petitioner's land in Survey No.883/ within an extent of 4 acres and 5 cents situated at Sivagangai District, Karaikudi Taluk, Satharasanpatti Villlage.
