ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner travelled in Vaigai Express from Madurai to Dindigul on 22.04.2016 and on reaching Dindigul, she found missing of her jewels kept in the handbag. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the complaint received by the Superintendent of Police, Dindigul has been transferred to the first respondent herein for want of jurisdiction. 5.In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.04.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
