When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent produced before this Court a copy of the order passed by the first respondent vide proceedings in C.No.9118/Enquiry/C/2014, dated 01.07.2014 and submitted that the petition filed by the petitioner before the first respondent has already been disposed of. 2.In view of the fact that the petition field by the petitioner before the first respondent has already been disposed of, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
