This petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.06.2016, the same was directed to be posted before Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench and also directed to send a report after mediation.

3. The matter was taken up for hearing on 08.09.2016 before mediation and the matter has been settled on the following terms: "A) Both the parties are settled their matters amicably. B) The Difference of opinion is cured by the Mediation."

4. The Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, has sent a Mediation Agreement Report to that effect.
