PRAYER IN CRP(MD)SR.No.64162 of 2022:- To set aside the order passed by the Trial Court in E.P.No.44/2020 in O.S.No.685/2009 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli dated 27.01.2022.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The above Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 101 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Therefore, the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madras High Court, Madras. A memo to that effect shall be filed.
