ORDER
This Petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3, to provide adequate police protection for clearing the Seemaikaruvelam Trees in the land, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2024.
2. It appears that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents with regard to the ownership of the land and a civil suit is pending between the parties. The respondent therefore cannot interfere in such a dispute. Consequently, there cannot be any direction as prayer for.
3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
