The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to constitute and formation of gender sensitization and prevention of Sexual Harassment of women Committee as suggested in Judgment of Vishaka Vs State of Rajasthan reported in 1997 (6) SCC 241 and section 4 of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
