Prayer:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Ka.No.5447/Mae.Po / Theni /Ni.A/Ni.Pi2/Vu2/Ko.Oivuthiyam/2020 dated 06/07/2020 on the file of the Respondent No.3 and quash the same as illegal and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondent No.3 to recover the retirement benefits of the Petitioner's father from the Respondent No. 4 and disburse half of the retirement benefits to the Petitioner within the time period stipulated by this Honble Court.
