ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking a direction against the third and fourth respondents, the Tahsildar and the Taluk Surveyor, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District, to take steps to survey the land and fix boundaries in Survey No.180/7A, S.Kallupatti Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2. The petitioner had given a representation on 13.12.2022 and had also paid the necessary charges through e-challan. The petitioner had also impleaded as sixth respondent/ adjacent land owners. The petitioner has also produced as documents the patta issued to the petitioner herein.

3. In these circumstances, a direction is given to the third and fourth respondents to issue notice to the petitioner and also to the fifth respondent and thereafter examine the document of the petitioner herein and proceed to survey the land in Survey No. 180/7A, S.Kallupatti Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, 2/4

Virudhunagar District. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The documents by which the fifth respondent claims the possession of title may also be examined during the course of survey if required.

4. This writ petition is disposed of.
