The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to sanction the earned leave surrender, based on his representation dated 27.01.2015.
2.No representation on the side of the respondent. 3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought in the writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the respondent. 4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
