Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
2. Issuance of notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner seeks removal of encroachment in survey No.377 in Athikulam Sengulam Village, Srivilliputhur Taluk. 2/4

4. The learned Special Government Pleader confirms that survey No.377 in Athikulam Sengulam Village has been classified as Odai.
5. We direct the fourth respondent to take effective action so that the encroachments are cleared. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents shall put all the encroachers on notice and adhere to due process of law before taking action. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
