ORDER
The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in HMOP No.2650 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Dindigul.

2.Eventhough notice is served in the present petition, the same is refused by the respondent/husband and as such, the service is treated as complete and inspite of the respondent/husband name being printed in the cause list, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondent/husband.
3.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, the wife has pleaded that she is residing along with her parents at Nilakottai in Dindigul District, along with her male child also.
4.In view thereof, considering the hardship pleaded by the petitioner/wife, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
