ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representations dated 18.12.2012 and 05.04.2014 through which she sought for disbursement of provident fund benefits along with interest.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though she retired from service as early as on 30.06.2009, the provident fund benefits are not given to the petitioner so far. Therefore, the petitioner made two representations as stated supra and even thereafter, the said benefits are not extended to the petitioner. 4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representations of the petitioner dated 18.12.2012 and 05.04.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
