*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, Kalaiselvi, D/o.Gunasekaran, aged about 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The detenu is produced before this Court by the second respondent police. She informs of having developed relationship with the third respondent and of having taken up residence with him at Ramar Kovil Street, Anandhpuram, Tenkasi Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

3. Informing the said position to the petitioner through his counsel and recording the statement of the detenu, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
