This petition has been filed to grant permission to withdraw the entire Award amount which was deposited by the first respondent Insurance company in MCOP.No.1848 of 2023 on the file of the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/Special District Court, Madurai.

2. Considering the fact that the Insurance Company is questioning the liability in this case, we are inclined to hear the main appeal itself.
