ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider his representation dated 01.09.2014 through which he is seeking disbursement of leave salary along with interest for the delayed payment of gratuity.

the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
