ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute which is already pending before the learned District Munsif Court, Kuzhidurai in O.S.No.93 of 2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
