The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grant permission to the afore said Adal Padal Program to be held on 15.04.2023 at about 06.00 P.M. to be conducted at the Arulmighu Sri Muthu Mari Amman Temple at R.Palakruchi Village, Ponamaravathy Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2023. 2.Mr.R.Sureshkumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that on 08.04.2023, a murder took place in such a type of event in Keeranur Sub Division. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the respondents to reject the petitioner's representation without any reference to this Court. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
