O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent Police to expedite the investigation to file a final report in Crime No.58/2021 dated 17.04.2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 58 of 2021 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks one month time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 3.Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition and the respondent police also seeks one month time to file final report, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of this order.

4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
