ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner in his capacity as the power agent of the original owner of the subject property, wherein the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and to demarcate the boundaries. 2.The learned Government counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that he has received written instructions from the first respondent to the effect that the petitioner has to make an application before the office of the Commissioner of Sivagangai Municipality, since the property falls within the Sivagangai Town.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a fresh application will be made before the competent authority and the petitioner will work out his remedy.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government counsel, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
