ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint of the fourth respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the sale was done by the petitioner without the permission of the private respondents and the petitioner is none other than the sister of the respondents. Both the parties appeared before the enquiry officer and they agreed that they will work out their remedy through the civil process.

3. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original 2/4

Petition is dismissed as infructuous and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy through the civil process. 17.04.2023 NCC :
