In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent NO.3 to provide the educational loan to the petitioner to continue his studies within the time frame fixed by this Court.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already loan has been sanctioned to the tune of Rs.85,000/- and course has also been completed.
