ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order passed in M.C.No.17 of 2021, dated 18.04.2022 on the file of the Family Court, Sivagangai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that before filing the M.C case before the concerned Court, the first respondent has resigned her job. Later after getting the order in the M.C.No.17 of 2021, she rejoined in the above said College called Syed Ammal Arts College, Ramanathapuram, as the faculty in Zoology Department and also now working in that College continuously. If it so, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the concerned Court so far as the first respondent concerned. This Court cannot entertain the additional typed set of papers filed by the petitioner. So far as second respondent is concerned he is ready to take care of the child and he is also continuing to pay the maintenance amount. Now out of Rs.1,24,000/- so far Rs.36,850/- has been deposited before the Family Court, Sivagangai. 3.

The revision petitioner shall comply the order of Family Court in respect of the first petitioner, till the date of her joining into services in the concerned College. The second respondent is concerned, the revision petitioner shall pay the maintenance amount continuously, on the basis of the undertaken given by him. If there is any arrear amount to be paid by the revision petitioner, the respondent is at liberty to approach the concerned Court by way of execution petition.
