ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order of the Writ Court, the Government has preferred an appeal in W.A(MD) No.1083 of 2020 and an order of interim stay was granted in the writ appeal. 2.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition, if necessary after disposal of the writ appeal.
