For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.475 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A6 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b),353,506(ii), 307, 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act,1957 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant, who is Village Administrative Officer questioned the petitioners about the illegal sand mining all the accused persons tried to attack him and murder him. Hence the complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the above.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that some of the accused persons are still absconding and the petitioner herein is having two previous case for various offences. He would also submit that A1 in this case is detained under Act.14 of 1982.

4. Taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
