dated 17.03.2023 in S.T.C.No.1198 of 2017 and further direct the Magistrate to furnish the certified copies as sought for by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in order to get the certified copies of the FIR, 161 statements, charge sheet and other related documents, the petitioner has filed a copy application and the same was returned for non-appearance of the accused before the Court.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court directs the Judicial Magistrate Court, Oddanchatram, to restore the copy application on file on being represented by the petitioner and the trial Court also grant certified copies to the petitioner as per the rule. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
