This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to restore Electricity Connection in No.306026-39 to the petitioner's agriculture land situated in S.Nos.124,125 Kulathur Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has submitted that the petitioner had expired as early as on 23.07.2014 itself. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. Hence, this petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
