O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the return order passed by the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai and to number the Original Suit filed by the petitioners.

2. According to the petitioners, the suit was returned for the reasons assigned in the order, dated 27.04.2022. In the said order, it has been referred as returned made on serial Nos.1, 3 and 4, on the returned dated 16.03.2022. Further, he submits that the petitioners have duly complied all the defects and they have also filed all the original documents before this Court.

3. This Court has perused the original documents. It appears that the petitioners have complied all the defects.

4. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to represent the original documents before the Principal District Munsif Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C.R.P.(PD)(MD).No.1067 of 2022 Manamadurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the Registry of the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order and to proceed in accordance with law.

5. The Registry is directed to return all the originals filed by the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
