Heard Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2.The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 13.11.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite an application made on 13.11.2024, the respondents are not come forward to conduct survey even after the representation, dated 26.03.2025. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 13.11.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
