Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the Learned District & Sessions Judge,(PCR Court), Karur to accept the surrender of the Petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day on merits in relating to Crime No.98 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police.
