O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.1114 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.87 of 2024, dated 13.02.2025, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to stay at Madurai and report before the Inspector of Police, E3 Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.30a.m, until further orders, in order to avoid any further untoward incident to the victim girl.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He further submits that this petitioner is prepared to give an undertaking that he will not disturb the victim girl in future and also he will not indulge in any offence hereafter.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal, on his undertaking before the respondent police as stated above. sd/- 09/04/2025 / TRUE COPY / /05/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
