ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb. 2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.336 of 2020, dated 18.08.2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.
