Tirunelveli Taluk, Tirunelveli District within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Permission is granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Civil Court to file a suit for partition or such other reliefs, as he may be advised. There shall be no order as to costs. 15.04.2025 NCC :
