This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.50 of 2021, on the file of the second respondent to any other officer to conduct investigation in accordance with law and file Final Report.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- received by the petitioner from one Subramanian, who is the employee of Thiruppunnavasal Sivan Temple, out of Department settlement and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. 3.Permission is granted to the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
