PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this court to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members life and limb and also for the construction work made in the property comprised in New Survey No.343/2A2, Patta No.2098,situated at Siruthondanallur Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District, based on the representation dated 28.05.2021.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members and also for the construction work made in the property comprised in New Survey No.343/2A2, Patta No.2098, situated at Siruthondanallur Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District, based on the representation dated 28.05.2021. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 17.02.2022.
