Mr.C.Selvaraj, Advocate This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 B.N.S.S. praying to grant the petitioner further more extend the time of 8 weeks to deposit the 50% of the remaining compensation amount before the trial Court in C.C.No.466 of 2018 and further this Court ordered the Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2348 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.227 of 2025 by its order dated 03.03.2025.

ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the order of this Court passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2348 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD) No.227 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025.

2. Mr.N.Marimuthu, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. It is seen from the records that this Court while suspending the sentence vide order dated 03.03.2025 directed the petitioner to deposit 50% of the remaining compensation amount on or before 04.04.2025 and posted the matter today (07.04.2025) for reporting compliance. However, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking extension of time.

5. Considering the reasons assigned, time is extended till 21.04.2025 and the petitioner is directed to comply with the order of this Court dated 03.03.2025 on or before 21.04.2025. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
