ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused has borrowed a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- from the husband of the petitioner. After demise of her husband, the petitioner approached the proposed accused to repay the amount, but he refused to settle the amount and threatened the petitioner by using filthy language. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the proposed accused has appeared before the respondent and gave a statement that he will pay the amount to the petitioner within a period of two months. The said statement is not disputed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Under such circumstances, no further direction is required at this stage. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
