ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.05.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused has created forged document with an intention to occupy the petitioner's land and he also attacked the petitioner. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted and closed. It is also submitted that a copy of the closure has been sent to the petitioner by post.

5.As it is represented that closure report is not received, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) is directed to give a copy to the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
