JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) This writ appeal challenges an order of the learned single Judge dated 28.03.2018 in W.P(MD)No.17961 of 2015.

2. Heard Mr.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader for the appellants, M/s.Shanthi Priya, learned counsel for the first respondent.

3. An identical issue has been decided by us in a batch of writ appeals in W.A(MD)Nos.524 to 528 of 2018 on 03.07.2018 against the State.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ appeal is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
