RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioner`s shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 am for a period of fifteen days and thereafter the petitioner`s shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., untile further orders, which was imposed on the Petitioner's in CRL OP.(MD)No.6251 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6251 of 2022 on 05.04.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6251 of 2022 on 05.04.2022 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.6032 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6251 of 2022 on 05.04.2022 is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
